TOON SURVIVORS — OVERVIEW
Toon Survivors: Pixelworld is a survivors-like horde arena with a cartoon skin. Move to survive, auto-attack the swarm, level up mid-run to stack absurd upgrades, and push each run further than the last. Playful, pick-up-and-play, and built for "one more run."
The fantasy
A thousand toons a minute — outlive them all. You start weak, the screen fills with cartoon hordes, and every level-up hands you another wild weapon or perk until you're a walking storm of effects clearing the screen.
Core loop
- Move (the only input) to dodge the horde; weapons fire automatically.
- Collect XP from kills; on level-up, pick one of a few offered upgrades.
- Stack and evolve weapons into build-defining combos.
- Survive the timer / boss waves — die, bank meta currency, and run again stronger.
The meta hook
Runs feed a permanent Time-Shard progression tree. Shards earned in a run buy lasting upgrades between runs, so even a failed run makes the next one stronger — the retention engine of the genre, done with ForgeFront polish.
Pillars
- Instant to play, deep to master. One-stick movement; the build is the depth.
- Escalating power fantasy. From fragile to screen-clearing in minutes.
- Permanent progress. The Time-Shard tree means no run is wasted.
- Cartoon charm. Bouncy, colorful, readable chaos.
Status & platform
- Status: shipped (CrazyGames). Self-contained HTML5; instant-play; synth-audio fallback.
- Series: a planned ForgeFront series on a proven, strong-retention engine.
